1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of HorizonVector Collective’s websites and learning services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
- No harassment, discrimination, or spam in community spaces.
- No reverse engineering or unauthorized scraping of the Services.
- No sharing of licensed course materials outside the scope of your enrollment.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees are due at purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in the course description. Taxes may apply. If a cohort is rescheduled, you may request a seat in a later session.
6. Content & IP
We and our instructors own the Services and course content. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for your personal learning. You retain rights in your own projects and submissions.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job placement, specific compensation, or outcomes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant error-free content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the community. You may discontinue use at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or applicable law. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
